Pizza Hut Squamish Food Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut Squamish. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a 30-40 hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
