Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Client focus
  • Flexibility
  • Team player

Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, and walking.
