Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at BC Children's Hospital and BC Women's Hospital + Health Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with cleft palate and craniofacial conditions.

  • Assess and diagnose patients with cleft palate and craniofacial conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex needs.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice, ensuring safe and effective care for patients.
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to advance the field of cleft palate and craniofacial care.

Qualifications

  • Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP) or British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM).
  • Minimum 4 years of recent, relevant clinical nursing experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
