The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and negotiating real property and construction agreements. They will be responsible for providing legal opinions, preparing legal responses, and advising on commercial transactions.

  • Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law related to real property and construction
  • Draft, review, assess, and negotiate contracts and other commercial documents
  • Complete commercial transactions involving various subject matters
  • Deliver practical and accurate legal opinions to client groups

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Laws Degree or Juris Doctor from a recognized Law School and be a Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
