About the Role
This is a full-time position responsible for coordinating office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to promote efficient communication among team members.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless data retrieval.
- Prepare and proofread various documents, including correspondence, forms, and reports, to ensure high-quality output.
- Analyze data and statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to business growth and development.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and optimize resource utilization.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong educational background, preferably with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a focus on office administration and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working Conditions
This is a permanent position, requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week. The working language is English, and we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
