Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions, including accepting cash, cheques, credit card, or automatic debit payment.
- Prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts and provide advice about merchandise.
- Advertise and promote products, sales, or services to customers.
- Assist in displaying merchandise and conducting sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
- Estimate or quote prices, credit, or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Greet customers and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease.
- Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license.
