About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Full-Time Field Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing a range of in-store merchandising tasks, from shelf stocking to display creation, ensuring product availability and store compliance with planograms. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining promotional display compliance and identifying opportunities to improve in-store execution.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

- Execute in-store merchandising activities based on plan-o-grams and schematic layouts, including resets.
- Maintain promotional display compliance, identify opportunities, correct voids and out of stocks by merchandising shelves/displays, identify locations to secure incremental displays, place POS materials on shelves/displays, check product dates and rotate stock.
- Communicate effectively with store staff regarding tasks, sales activities, promotions, client objectives and work completed.

Requirements:

- Previous merchandising or sales experience.
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Ability to work independently and engage effectively with others.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 30-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
