Job Summary
DucMeta Inc. is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support our team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have experience with scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel and make reservations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Requirements
- Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word
- Area of specialization in reports and records, financial statements, and invoices
