Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Leader for our Large Property team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and maintaining technical standards and quality for our applicable Line of Business or Industry Sector. You will lead a team of risk engineering specialists to provide comprehensive risk insight and manage performance across all activities to achieve business objectives and continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize losses and optimize risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential risks and opportunities.
  • Analyze key themes from data around risks and loss to identify how different scenarios may have an impact on the business.
  • Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure effective relationships and engagement to change.
  • Oversee resource allocation in a geographic area and ensure overall delivery and quality of services to customers and business partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Risk Management Services area related to Large Property.
  • OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Risk Management Services area related to Large Property.
  • Intermediate knowledge of exposures and controls.
  • People management experience.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan and paid time off. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
