Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Scheduling Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for scheduling service appointments, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule service appointments efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
- Handle customer calls and emails regarding appointment schedules, outstanding recalls, and maintenance requirements.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and offer alternative dates and times when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and correspondence.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- 2+ years of experience in customer relations or a related field.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of automotive equipment parts and accessories.
- Proficiency in computerized appointment systems and Microsoft Office software.
- A competitive salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
