Automotive Professional Wanted for MasterTech

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Automotive Technician to join our team at MasterTech. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company that values exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
Compensation PackageThe successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of $34-$40, reflecting the company's commitment to fair compensation. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefit package after 3 months, including RRSP contribution and boot allowance, as well as a tool allowance of $500 per year.
Shift InformationThis position requires working day shifts from Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime. We maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring our technicians can focus on delivering exceptional results.
ResponsibilitiesAs an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving repair orders from dispatch and performing work efficiently;
- Controlling the flow of work in the shop, following warranty procedures, and updating diagnostic tools;
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment;
- Performing other duties as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A valid Canadian driver's license and ability to provide a driver's abstract for review;
- A fully licensed Automotive Service Technician designation;
- Working knowledge of automotive equipment;
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal customer satisfaction;
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to work effectively with the Service Department team;
- A commitment to consistently delivering high-quality work.
