Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our national marketing programs in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project estimates, budgets, and work-back-schedules for clients
  • Coordinate with suppliers and team members to ensure delivery excellence
  • Manage multiple tasks and solve problems to keep projects on track
  • Support project managers with administrative tasks and ensure project smooth execution
  • Develop creative briefs, source supplier quotes, and manage project execution

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate setting, supporting national programs
  • Proven success in a corporate setting working with all levels of management
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent project coordination references
  • Knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn/improve
