Food Service Manager

At Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet business needs
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
