Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining area, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served promptly and to the highest standards
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure that our team is well-equipped to provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
