General Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Store Manager to join our team at T&P Elegant Nails Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as oversee payroll administration.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, and determine merchandise and services to be sold.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and implement price and credits policies.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, and resolve issues that may arise.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in accounting software and database software.
