Server - Food and Beverage Services Representative

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at DIWAN A DAWETT RESTAURANT LTD O/A DAWETT RESTAURANT. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers, including presenting menus and making recommendations.
- Point of Sale: Process payments, balance cash, and record sales accurately.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
- Team Management: Supervise and train other servers and bussing staff to ensure excellent service standards.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting clients with special needs.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Experience: Willingness to train.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
