We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at DIWAN A DAWETT RESTAURANT LTD O/A DAWETT RESTAURANT. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers, present menus, and make recommendations.
- Order Taking and Management: Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, manage orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
- Team Management: Supervise other servers and bussing staff, schedule staff, and train new employees.
- Additional Responsibilities: Balance cash, record sales, and provide customer service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and team player.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
