Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at Spring Creek Berry Barn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor revenues and labour costs to ensure efficient operations
- Supervise staff and provide training to ensure excellent customer service
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
- Recruit and hire staff to meet business needs
- Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Balance cash and complete financial reports
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service
- 3-5 years of experience in food services management
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
