About the Role

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Service Consultant, you will work 84 hours bi-weekly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer written and oral inquiries, provide information to customers, and explain the type and cost of services offered.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records and statistics, issue receipts, and receive payments.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Windows, Internet, and MS Outlook is required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset or equivalent experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
