Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Tashi's Studio is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Order merchandise and ensure that it is delivered to the store in a timely manner.
  • Authorize return of merchandise and ensure that all returns are processed efficiently.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Sell merchandise and ensure that all sales are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters to ensure that the store is running smoothly.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that the store is always stocked with the latest products.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that the store is running efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Permanent employment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • 40 hours per week.
