We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at A&A ECOSAFE. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the sales floor operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Floor Operations: Oversee the sales floor, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and maintaining accurate records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop training plans to improve staff performance.
- 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
