Sales Team Lead

About the Role:
A&A ECOSAFE is seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and hiring and training new staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff
- Assign sales workers to duties and tasks
- Hire and train new staff members
- Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces and other exhibitions
- Order merchandise and authorize returns
- Establish work schedules and manage cash
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or retail environment
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 30 to 44 hours per week
