Job Overview

HairClub is a leading provider of hair loss solutions, and we are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them find the right hair loss solution for their specific needs and lifestyle.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong consultative sales skills, negotiation, overcoming objections, and closing skills. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and support throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales goals, close sales, and finalize all details related to the transaction.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional client service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Training: Participate in ongoing training and coaching to stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as best practices in sales and customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2C setting.
  • Skills: Excellent consultative sales, negotiation, overcoming objections, and closing skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

  • Compensation: $85,000+ annually, with top performers earning between $150,000-$200,000 annually.
