Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Williams Fresh Cafe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation and service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation Staff

Direct and manage the activities of our food preparation staff to ensure efficient and effective meal preparation and service.

Estimate and Manage Food and Supplies

Accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

Ensure Quality Control Standards

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and wastage, and prepare regular reports to management on operational performance.

Culinary Knowledge and Skills

Have a thorough knowledge of our culinary genres and be able to apply this knowledge to menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

Work Scheduling and Staff Management

Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal productivity.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment

Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure to meet customer demands.

Physical Demands

Stand for extended periods, walk, and perform other physical tasks associated with food preparation and service.
