**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team at Acosta. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate placement of products on shelves, updating prices based on inventory and market conditions, and implementing planogram changes to optimize product placement.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure accurate placement of products on shelves.
  • Regularly update prices based on inventory and market conditions to meet customer needs.
  • Set up and install promotional materials.
  • Ensure shelves remain organized and tidy.
  • Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement.
  • Prevent stock-outs by monitoring inventory levels.
  • Identify opportunities during store visits to enhance our sales area.
  • Assist in introducing new products and educating consumers about our clients' latest innovations.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers.
  • Create detailed reports and document in-store actions.

**Requirements**

  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Merchandising experience (desirable).
  • Physical Capability must be able to lift 30 lbs.
  • Computer literacy with access to a mobile device and the internet.
  • Attention to detail, understanding, and executing planograms accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to deadlines.
  • Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
