About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a key role in generating sales of our home goods through direct engagement with our customers, helping them find their desired product on an affordable payment plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit
  • Maximize retail store growth by capitalizing on various cross-sales and add-on products
  • Communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products in a clear and transparent manner
  • Support retail operations by managing customer accounts, collection activities, and the merchandising and maintenance of the store

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Some experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Able to pass background checks and obtain a full class driver's license
