We are seeking a highly skilled Product Information Analyst to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Product Information Analyst, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 user support for our PIM system application, guiding users on best practices for item setup, and ensuring back-end product data is configured correctly to achieve business users' desired front-end treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for the PIM system application and perform troubleshooting steps to replicate issues users face and determine root cause.
- Liaise with users to provide additional training where needed, including 1:1 or group training sessions.
- Conduct internal associate training as required and support technical questions from all PIM stakeholders.
- Provide UAT support, guidance, and feedback to ensure all system enhancements adhere to business needs.
Requirements
- Good experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Products, including lookup functions, pivot tables, and data formatting.
- Interpersonal skills, as training others in the system will be a key requirement.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
- Technical awareness, with the ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PIM systems is an asset.
- Experience with JIRA or ServiceNow ticketing systems is an asset.
- Ability to perform basic SQL queries is an asset.
