Job Title: Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Première Moisson. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our retail store operations, including purchasing, inventory, cashiering, and costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and control all store operations, including purchasing, inventory, and cashiering.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision.
  • Ensure that staff provide outstanding customer service and maintain professional customer relations.
  • Ensure compliance with product marketing, quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards set by Première Moisson.
  • Ensure that staff apply health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • ~3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Thorough knowledge of retail food store or restaurant operations, including understanding of revenues and costs.
  • Relevant knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, and human resources management.
  • French spoken and written - Mandatory.
  • Spoken English is an asset.
  • Organized, dynamic leader, focused on customer satisfaction, results, and teamwork.
  • High degree of autonomy.
  • Respect for standards and rules.
  • Punctual.
