As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our store operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets the highest standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and control all store operations, including purchasing, inventory, cashiering, and costs.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision.
  • Ensure that staff provide outstanding customer service and maintain professional customer relations.
  • Ensure that staff comply with product marketing, quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards set by Première Moisson.
  • Ensure that staff apply health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • ~3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position.
  • ~ Thorough knowledge of retail food store or restaurant operations, including understanding of revenues and costs.
  • ~ Relevant knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, and human resources management.
  • ~ French spoken and written - Mandatory.
  • ~ Spoken English is an asset.
  • ~ Organized, dynamic leader, focused on customer satisfaction, results, and teamwork.
  • ~ High degree of autonomy.
  • ~ Respect for standards and rules.
  • ~ Punctual.
