Store Manager Job Description

Première Moisson is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all store activities, optimizing profitability, and maintaining high standards of quality, merchandising, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and control all store operations, including purchasing, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision.
  • Ensure staff provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional customer relations.
  • Ensure compliance with product marketing, quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Manage health and safety standards and ensure staff adhere to them.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Thorough knowledge of retail food store operations, including revenue and cost management.
  • Relevant knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, and human resources management.
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; spoken English is an asset.
  • Organized, dynamic leader with a focus on customer satisfaction, results, and teamwork.
