Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn & Suits Kingston. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel facilities.
Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Dependability, flexibility, initiative, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and in a physically demanding role. Standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling are required.
