Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Hampton Inn Kingston.
Job Summary:The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained. This includes inspecting sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, recommending or arranging for additional services as needed, and assisting cleaners in performing duties.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Recommend or arrange for additional services as needed
- Assist cleaners in performing duties
- Coordinate work activities with other departments
- Establish work schedules
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 35-44 hours of work per week
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-44 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
