We are a leading restaurant chain serving authentic South Indian cuisine. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences, and we're looking for a skilled Culinary Artist to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
  • Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
