Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records and controlling costs.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and accurate service.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 44 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work under pressure, standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks.
