Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our kitchen staff. As a BOH Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving our signature dishes, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation: Adhere to standardized recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency and quality in our dishes.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food prepared and served meets our high standards.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Shift Readiness: Perform opening and closing duties, and maintain shift readiness through daily kitchen systems and line checks.
