We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to individuals of all ages. As a Healthcare Provider, you will be crucial in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Escort patients to and from treatment rooms.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and medical histories
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Implement treatment techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients on proper techniques for injury prevention and self-care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift
