Key Responsibilities

  • Provide sales assistance and customer service in all departments of the store, with a focus on the Post Office department.
  • Problem solve and find solutions to customer mailing needs.
  • Perform inventory counts, merchandising, and maintain a professional sales image of the department.
  • Assist customers with mailing letters and parcels, PO boxes, and other CPC transactions.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.

Requirements

  • Good interpersonal, motivational, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to cope with stress, pressure, and remain calm when dealing with difficult situations.
  • Basic PC knowledge.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday.
