About the Role

Ardi Renovation Ltd. is seeking a skilled Tile Installer to join our team. As a Tile Installer, you will be responsible for installing tile surfaces in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered with tile.
  • Mortar Application: Mix, apply, and spread mortar, cement, mastic, glue, or other adhesives using a hand trowel.
  • Tile Placement: Set tiles in place and apply pressure to affix them to the base.
  • Tile Alignment: Align and straighten tiles to ensure a professional finish.
  • Obstacle Navigation: Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools.
  • Tile Repair: Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles.
  • Mosaic Installation: Lay and set mosaic tiles to create decorative wall, mural, and floor designs.
  • Underlayment Installation: Build underbeds and install anchor bolts, wires, and brackets.
  • Estimation and Procurement: Estimate costs and materials required for tile installations.
  • Tile Strip Installation: Install tile strips to complete the tile installation.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
