About the Role

We are seeking a Production Manager to join our Operations team at Intellijoint Surgical Inc. in Kitchener, ON.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, developing production processes, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to customers. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, implementing Lean practices, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead by example, prioritize tasks, and plan ahead to ensure smooth operations.
  • Production Planning: Develop scalable processes, manage capacity, and build planning to meet customer demands.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor current inventory levels, establish reorder triggers, and maintain accurate records.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and communicate supply chain risks, and take timely action to mitigate them.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Credentials: College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field, such as production, manufacturing, or logistics.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a regulated industry, with at least 3-5 years of people management experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, database management, and word processing skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Methodical, precise, organized, and effective communicator.
