We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Director to lead our team in Kitchener, Canada. In this role, you will oversee the overall operations and management of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and profitability.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in retail management or a similar role, with strong leadership and organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing store staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, monitoring inventory levels, and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily operations, including staff management and performance reviews.
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Monitoring of inventory levels and management of stock replenishment.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
