Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and conducting regular inventory audits.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the retail operations team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Reliable and organized with a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

The 6IX Cannabis is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks to rest and recharge.
