Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Manage inventory, including ordering merchandise and organizing stock
- Establish and maintain a safe and secure work environment
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity
- Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Our retail store is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and interact with customers daily. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and ensuring excellent customer service.
