We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Director to join our team at Secure Mailing Systems Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of our industry.

The Strategic Sales Director will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base. This will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales performance, and building strong relationships with our customers.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in sales leadership. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs
  • Selecting middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegating the necessary authority to them and creating optimum working conditions
  • Establishing financial and administrative controls; formulating and approving promotional campaigns; and approving overall human resources planning

The Strategic Sales Director will also be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people and will have a strong understanding of computer and technology knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
