Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Programmeur to join our team as a Console Programmer for our upcoming Tactical RPG title. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the game runs flawlessly on Xbox and PS5, identifying performance bottlenecks, and optimizing the game.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the game runs smoothly on Xbox and PS5
  • Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with the Technical Director to identify new tasks and optimize game performance
  • Encourage coding and development practices within the team to achieve exemplary console performance and experience
  • Experience shipping multiple titles on Xbox and PlayStation consoles
  • Good programming skills using C++ and C# in a large codebase
  • Stay up-to-date with new game technologies
  • Experience with Github or other version control software
  • Passion for strategy games, particularly turn-based games
Requirements:
  • Experience with C++ and C# programming languages
  • Good understanding of game development principles and practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for game development and a desire to learn and grow
