Job Title: Senior C++ Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Software Engineer to join our team as a Console Programmer for our upcoming Tactical RPGs. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the game runs flawlessly on Xbox and PS5 consoles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize the game
  • Collaborate with the Technical Director to identify new tasks and implement solutions
  • Encourage coding and development practices within the team that lead to exemplary console performance and experience
  • Experience shipping multiple titles on Xbox and PlayStation consoles
  • Good programming skills using C++ and C# in a large codebase
  • Keeping up to date with new game technologies
  • Experience with Github or other version control software
  • Passion for strategy games, particularly turn-based games
Requirements:
  • Experience with other major game engines
  • Good understanding of game development principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
