About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead sewer and watermain projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising work crews, ensuring compliance with project specifications, deadlines, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sewer and watermain projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Supervise and coordinate work crews, enforcing safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Act as primary point of contact for project managers and estimators, addressing deficiencies and resolving issues proactively.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to uphold quality control and identify potential improvements.
  • Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in sewer and watermain construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Deep understanding of construction practices, methods, and safety protocols, with a commitment to job site compliance.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to manage challenges effectively.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
