About the Role:

Groupe-Larose & placement inc. is seeking a skilled Electromechanic Technician to join our team. As an Electromechanic Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex mechanical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and control systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, using technical reports and documentation to inform your decisions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operation of mechanical systems, including regular inspections and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement procedures for maintaining and repairing mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues, including training and mentoring.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or a related technology.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and electronics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Valid Canadian driver's license and a good driving record.
