The position of Hardware Technical Support Specialist I at GlobeStar Systems offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to improving patient and staff outcomes.

As a primary technical resource for our customers, you will focus on providing exceptional support for Connexall Managed Services (CARE+) accounts and associated turn-key solutions enabled with provided hardware.

We are seeking a skilled professional with a keen interest in innovative technology uses, advanced troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively engaging with customer issues, troubleshooting problems, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve or escalate issues;
  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Connexall system designs;
  • Providing top-notch customer support, including application troubleshooting and problem resolution;
  • Closely cooperating with diverse groups, including sales teams, technical teams, and innovation and development teams;
  • Focusing on building strong relationships with customers through exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation;
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of customer interactions and product issues using designated tracking tools;
  • Conducting Connexall Remote System Audits and Health Checks of customer systems;
  • Assisting the Solutions Delivery Team with implementing Connexall software and workflow configuration changes for customers;
  • Supporting the configuration and implementation of hardware devices associated with the Connexall Managed Services solutions;

Qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Experience in delivering customer service via call centre telecommunications or help desk/software support;
  • Knowledge of Windows Platform, Windows Networking, telephony communication systems, and SpectraLink Telephony systems;
  • Ability to analyze application designs and concepts, install applications on windows-based environments, and demonstrate experience in remote VPN support;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation;
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and work independently within a team environment;

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
