We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at CEFA Early Learning Victoria - Westshore. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
- Lead activities that promote learning and exploration, such as storytelling, singing, and outings to local points of interest.
- Encourage children to express their creativity through various mediums, including art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
- Guide children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and using the bathroom.
- Monitor children's progress and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues and community service providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to child care.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
- Criminal record check and immunization records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
