Job Summary

As a key member of RBC's Commercial Banking team, you will play a proactive role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Agriculture sector. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your skills in financial services, business development, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver value-added financial advice and solutions to clients
  • Leverage sales enabling tools to drive business growth
  • Apply a continuous-improvement approach to delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Develop a needs-based sales strategy to grow revenue and deepen client relationships
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial lending and previous banking experience in a relationship management role
  • A post-secondary diploma/degree in Agribusiness, commerce, or business administration, or related experience
  • Demonstrated success in a business development role, especially with respect to the acquisition of new clients and prospecting
  • Financial statement review and computer modeling and analysis experience
  • Experience with emerging communications and technology
